As the world’s largest anti-slavery organisation, International Justice Mission work to rescue those trapped in brutal slavery across the world. In the last 10 years, the organisation has rescued over 50,000 people from slavery and oppression. IJM were to host a festive event to raise awareness and support for their “No Child a Slave” campaign in central London.
Gravitize were delighted to provide the full 360 technical production for FREEDOM, an evening boasting performances from West End talent (in partnership with West End Has Faith), spoken word and a keynote from IJMUK’s CEO David Westlake.
Objectives & Strategy
1/ Seamlessly deliver industry leading production management to showcase some of the most in demand talent from London’s West End.
With a programme featuring experienced performers including stars from The Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables, Mary Poppins and 42nd Street, quality, time efficiency and detail of our technical production was paramount.
2/ Impactful design to immerse delegates in the central campaign concept.
We used all the tools at our disposal to communicate IJM’s clear message of freedom to end slavery including a huge 306 bulb piece of scenery and careful light design.The moment we lit up the “Freedom” installation in verse 3 of Epilogue Les Miserables was one to remember!
Gravitize provided full production management for the event implementing leading audio, video and lighting technology operated by 3 technical experts.
Communicating IJM’s core message of freedom to end slavery, Gravitize implemented a set-wide 300+ bulb piece of scenery and impactful light and staging design.
Results
